In Hall 9, Stand B42 we will be demonstrating to you, using a concrete example, how the "virtual sales area expansion" touchpoint is used for a positive brand and customer shopping experience and for achieving increased sales.
The solution, based on screenFOOD software, is aimed at customer orientation and obtaining information and supporting sales staff in their sales talks. Additionally, individual retailers benefit from a virtual expansion of their sales area by presenting their entire product range to their customers digitally. The virtual sales area expansion optimises the different sales channels and generates a link between stationary and online retail. Using this multimedia touchpoint, retailers can skilfully use the customer and brand experience in a result-orientated way within the customer journey, right in touch with the omni-channel strategy.
